Before our session, share an overview of your smoking/vaping habit?   (How much did you smoke/vape, how long was this a habit for you)

I smoked about a pack every 2 to 3 days and I started vaping a little over a year prior to becoming a non-smoker /vaper.  Vaping became a wake up and hit it and all day and way more than smoking.  I started vaping to try to stop smoking, but it backfired.  I started smoking at 14 and quit during pregnancies and a few other times over the years but always went back to it.

I don’t have something controlling me.  I can breathe better.  I don’t smell gross anymore.  I don’t have to leave situations just to smoke.  It has been over 3 months.

On a scale of 1–10, how likely are you to recommend this session to others who want to quit?

10 I feel like I want to tell strangers on the street that they could be free from smoking vaping.

DO IT!!  It will change your life.  Imagine having freedom from this thing that is not good for you.  Look at all the money you aren’t wasting on it.

I have never been happier with the decision I made to get hypnotized!!  This is hands down the BEST decision I have ever made.  I just wish I would have done it sooner!!
